Terms & Conditions
We currently accept payment via bank wire, ACH (bank transfer), and select check payments.
Payment instructions are provided securely after an order has been confirmed. For security purposes, banking details are not published publicly.
All payments must be received and fully cleared before any order is processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Processing times may vary by payment method:
* Bank wire transfers are typically processed the same day
* ACH transfers generally require 1–3 business days to clear
* Check payments may require additional time for verification and clearance
Prosperity Metals reserves the right to hold orders until payment has been fully verified. Due to the nature of precious metals markets, all prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed and payment has been initiated.
Once payment has been submitted and processed, orders may not be modified.
Payment Terms
Return Eligibility
Certain items may qualify for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for return:
• Items must remain in their original condition and packaging.
• Products must not show any signs of damage, tampering, or alteration.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment.
The following items may not eligible for return:
• Special-order products
• Customized orders
• Products with damaged or opened packaging
Because precious metals are tied to live market pricing, approved returns may be subject to market gain/loss adjustments based on currents spot prices at the time the return is processed. Prosperity Metals reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Shipping & Insurance
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returned items must be securely packaged using a trackable and fully insured shipping method. Prosperity Metals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% based on the product involved and current market conditions. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees or market-loss adjustments. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Please allow a reasonable processing time for any refunds to be completed.
Return Policy
BuyBack Program
Prosperity Metals may offer repurchase opportunities on select precious metals products originally purchased through our company. Buyback pricing is determined at the time of evaluation and is based on current precious metals market conditions, product type, product condition, authenticity verification, and overall market liquidity.
Participation in the buyback program is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional terms, verification procedures, and transaction minimums. Products must be received and inspected prior to final buyback approval and pricing confirmation.
Prosperity Metals reserves the right to decline any buyback request at its discretion.
